Human Resources & Customer Service Representative, ECS – Browns Summit, NC
Jean started with the HF Group back in 1997 working in the commercial bindery and eventually transitioning to supervisor in the Document Reproduction Services Department of ECS in 1999. She has worked closely with HF Group and ECS clients assisting them with their inquiries and preservation projects. She was promoted in 2009 to Human Resource Manager, undertaking a dual role as a member of the HFG and ECS Customer Services Department. In her spare time Jean enjoys camping and horseback riding.
