Leslie has been with Etherington Conservation Services since 1994. She attended the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), Studio Art Centers International (SACI) in Florence, Italy, Parsons School of Design in Paris, France and Virginia Commonwealth University where she received a BFA. Leslie currently heads the paper conservation lab located within the State Library of Virginia in Richmond. She is a member of the American Institute for Conservation (AIC), AIC Book and Paper Group and the Virginia Conservation Association.
