Tahe Zalal

Associate Paper Conservator, ECS – Browns Summit, NC

Tahe Zalal is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She received her BA in Art History in 1997.  Tahe joined the ranks of ECS in 1999 committed to mastering the profession of art conservation.  She has interned at the Shelburne Museum in Vermont, participated in professional development courses at the Campbell Center for Historic Preservation Studies and programs sponsored by the Foundation of the American Institute for Conservation and South East Regional Conservation Association.

Tahe is the Department Project Manager for the Paper Conservation Laboratory at ECS-NC and is an Associate Member of the American Institute for Conservation (AIC). She is a current board member of the North Carolina Preservation Consortium.  In her spare time, Tahe enjoys promoting local businesses and events, as well as spending time with her family.
